This Refund and Return Policy explains in practical terms how to cancel an order, return goods and get a refund. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.

1. Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

For most goods bought online you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate, other than a carrier) receive the goods. If goods in one order are delivered separately, the 14 days run from receipt of the last item.

2. Our extra 30-day returns policy

In addition, you may return goods to us within 30 days after the day you receive them. This does not replace or restrict your legal right to cancel. For returns requested after the 14-day legal period, goods must be returned unused, in resaleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

3. How to cancel or return an item

Email info@easypeasymate.shop with your name, order number and the products concerned. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of our Terms and Conditions, but you do not have to. Please email us before you send anything, so that we can confirm your return and match the parcel to your order.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, to:

4. Return postage

If you change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods (both for the 14-day legal right and for our 30-day policy). We recommend a tracked or insured service, as you remain responsible for the goods until we receive them. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the reasonable cost of return.

5. Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day legal period, we refund the price and the delivery charge paid (if any, standard delivery only) without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, after you give us proof that you have sent them back. For returns under our 30-day policy we refund the price of the goods within 14 days after we receive and check them. We refund to the payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

6. Condition of returned goods

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check what they are and how they work. If you handle them more than that, we may deduct an amount for any loss in value, where the law allows. Opening ordinary packaging does not by itself remove your right to cancel.

7. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to reject them, have them repaired or replaced, receive a price reduction or a refund. Email info@easypeasymate.shop with your order details and a description of the problem (photos help but are not required) and we will arrange the right remedy and pay reasonable return costs where the law requires. These rights are separate from our 30-day returns policy.

8. Items that cannot be returned

Certain goods are excluded by law from the right to cancel (for example goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, sealed hygiene goods once unsealed, perishable goods). We do not currently sell products of these types, so all our goods can be returned under this policy.
