1. About us

1.1 This website, easypeasymate.shop, is operated by Eurotarget Business Scouts Ltd, trading as Easy Peasy Mate (“we”, “us” and “our”). Eurotarget Business Scouts Ltd is the seller under any contract made through this website. Easy Peasy Mate is a UK registered trade mark of Eurotarget Business Scouts Ltd.

1.2 We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12229552. Our registered office is 86 Amesbury Road, Manchester, M9 6JF, United Kingdom. VAT registration number: GB388863427.

1.3 You can contact us at info@easypeasymate.shop or by mobile/WhatsApp on +44 751 389 2263.

2. About these terms

2.1 These terms apply to purchases of goods made by consumers through easypeasymate.shop. A consumer is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. If you wish to buy for business purposes, please contact us before ordering.

2.2 We sell to customers aged 18 or over. We deliver only to addresses in England, Scotland (including the Highlands and islands) and Wales (see section 6).

2.3 Please read these terms before ordering. Our Refund and Return Policy explains in practical terms how to cancel or return goods, and our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we use your personal information. The Privacy and Cookie Policy is an information notice, not an additional contract term.

2.4 We may change these terms for future orders. The version shown to you when you place your order applies to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.

3. Products and information

3.1 We aim to describe goods accurately. The main characteristics, dimensions, materials, quantities and any safety information are given on the product page or in the product information.

3.2 Images show the product offered, but colours may differ slightly depending on your screen. You are always entitled to goods that match their description.

3.3 Stock can change. An item shown online may sell out before your order is submitted. If a material product detail is wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and explain your options.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where chargeable. Delivery to addresses we serve is free. We will show you any optional extra charge before you place your order.

4.2 We may change prices at any time, but the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for that order, subject to section 4.3.

4.3 If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we will contact you promptly. You are not required to buy at a corrected price: you may decline it and receive a full refund of any payment taken.

4.4 We accept payment by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe); PayPal payments are processed by PayPal.

4.5 Payment is taken when you place your order and may be checked by your payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card number on our shop systems.

5. Placing an order and forming a contract

5.1 The checkout shows the steps to order. You can check your basket, delivery details and total price, and correct mistakes before you place your order. The final button makes clear that placing the order means you must pay.

5.2 Your order is an offer to buy the goods. Our automatic order-received email is not acceptance. We accept your order, and a binding contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch-confirmation email.

5.3 If we cannot accept your order (for example because the item is out of stock), we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and refund any amount taken without undue delay.

5.4 We will send confirmation of your contract and these terms by email (a durable medium) no later than delivery. Please keep it for your records.

5.5 Contracts are concluded in English.

6. Delivery

6.1 We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland (including the Highlands and islands) and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

6.2 Delivery is free. We normally dispatch your order within 2 working days. We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, so you can expect delivery in about 4–5 working days from your order. These are estimates, not guarantees. In any event we will deliver within 30 days of the date of your order, unless we agree a different period with you.

6.3 We may use other couriers or fulfilment partners to dispatch or deliver goods. This does not change our responsibilities as the seller.

6.4 If there is a delay, we will tell you promptly and agree new delivery arrangements. Your legal rights for late delivery, including any right to end the contract and be refunded, are not affected.

6.5 The goods are at our risk until you (or a person you nominate, other than a carrier) take physical possession of them. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.

6.6 Please contact us promptly if a parcel is damaged, incomplete or missing. Photos help, but are not a condition of your legal rights.

7. Cancellation and returns

7.1 Your legal right to cancel. For most goods bought online you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate, other than a carrier) receive the goods. If goods in one order are delivered separately, the 14 days run from receipt of the last item. You may also withdraw your order before the contract is formed.

7.2 Our extra 30-day returns policy. In addition, you may return goods to us within 30 days after the day you receive them. This does not replace or restrict your legal right to cancel. For returns requested after the 14-day legal period, goods must be returned unused, in resaleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

7.3 To cancel or return goods, email info@easypeasymate.shop with your name, order number and the products concerned. You may use the model cancellation form in the Annex at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.

7.4 Please send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Before you send anything, please email us so that we can confirm your return and match the parcel to your order. Return address: Agritrade AK Ltd (our logistics partner), South Building, Leight Road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 8TT, United Kingdom.

7.5 You pay the direct cost of returning goods if you change your mind (both for the 14-day legal right and for our 30-day policy). We recommend a tracked or insured service, as you remain responsible for the goods until we receive them. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the reasonable cost of return.

7.6 If you cancel within the 14-day legal period, we refund the price and the delivery charge paid (if any, standard delivery only) without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, after you give us proof that you have sent them back. For returns under our 30-day policy we refund the price of the goods within 14 days after we receive and check them. We refund to the payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

7.7 You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check what they are and how they work. If you handle them more than that, we may deduct an amount for any loss in value, where the law allows. Opening ordinary packaging does not by itself remove your right to cancel.

7.8 Exceptions to the right to cancel (for example goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, sealed hygiene goods once unsealed, perishable goods) apply only if the product is such a product and we told you so before you bought. We do not currently sell products of these types (we do not sell cosmetics, hygiene products, food or any goods with an expiry date).

7.9 Further practical details are in our Refund and Return Policy at https://easypeasymate.shop/refund-and-return-policy/. If anything in that policy conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights prevail.

8. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

8.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to reject them, have them repaired or replaced, receive a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8.2 In general you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. After that, repair or replacement is usually the first remedy, with further remedies if that does not solve the problem. If a fault appears within six months, it is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise.

8.3 Email info@easypeasymate.shop with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos help but are not required. We will arrange the right remedy and pay reasonable return costs where the law requires.

8.4 These rights are separate from, and not limited by, our 30-day returns policy or any manufacturer guarantee.

9. Product safety and responsible use

9.1 Please read and follow the safety instructions, warnings, assembly guidance and age recommendations supplied with the goods, including tools, garden equipment and other products where such guidance applies.

9.2 If you think a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us. Nothing in this section limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Our liability

10.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

10.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under product-liability law, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10.3 We sell goods for domestic and private use. We are not liable for business losses such as lost profit or business interruption. This does not affect any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

11. Events outside our control

11.1 If an event beyond our reasonable control (for example severe weather, major transport disruption or network failure) affects your order, we will contact you as soon as we reasonably can and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

11.2 This section does not affect your legal rights about late or failed delivery, cancellation or refunds.

12. Your personal information

12.1 We use your personal information to handle orders, payments, delivery and customer support, as explained in our Privacy and Cookie Policy: https://easypeasymate.shop/privacy-policy/.

12.2 Our website uses a cookie banner (CookieHub). Non-essential cookies are set only if you give your consent, and you can change your choices at any time in the cookie settings on our website. We send marketing emails only if you have subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

13. Complaints and disputes

13.1 We want every customer to be satisfied. If you have a problem with your order, please email info@easypeasymate.shop with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will do our best to find a fair solution. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to give you a full response within 14 days. These are service targets and do not limit your legal rights.

13.2 If we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing and give you the name and website of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider that could help. We are not obliged to use ADR.

13.3 You can also get free advice from Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards service.

14. General

14.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract only where this does not reduce your rights. You may transfer your rights where the law allows.

14.2 If a part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

14.3 If we do not enforce a term straight away, this does not mean we give up our rights.

14.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts and keep the mandatory protections of Scots law.
